In a split second, Jenna Gray’s world descends into a nightmare. Her only hope of moving on is to walk away from everything she knows to start afresh. Desperate to escape, Jenna moves to a remote cottage on the Welsh coast, but she is haunted by her fears, her grief and her memories of a cruel November night that changed her life forever.

Slowly, Jenna begins to glimpse the potential for happiness in her future. But her past is about to catch up with her, and the consequences will be devastating . . .

What did I think?

This is my first five heart book review and Clare Mackintosh’s debut novel. I Let You Go just kept giving and kept me guessing. Full of twist and turns, I found myself questioning whether I had misread the book, because how on earth have I not caught on? Clare Mackintosh has done a truly magnificent job with the characters; you love the ones you’re supposed to, and despise the ones your supposed to. I Let You Go grips you from the very beginning and it just does not lose pace. I could not put this book down and recommend you read this book just to find out for yourself how brilliant it really is! I will definitely be waiting on another Clare Mackintosh’s novel and I hope all future releases live up to this one!

My Rating? ♥♥♥♥♥

Will you be adding this to your TBR pile?
